Preamble

1. We, Staketab (hereinafter referred to as “Company“ “we“, “us“ or “our“), drew this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy“) for you or the party on whose behalf you are acting (hereinafter referred to as "you", “your“), because we are committed to the protection of your Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data“). This Privacy Policy relates to the information collection methods and practices when you access our services (hereinafter respectively referred to as “Product“ and “Service“). You hereby agree to all provisions hereof, otherwise you may not begin or must discontinue using our Products and Services.

Terms and Definitions

2. The following terms shall be used in the meaning as specified below:
“Company” means Staketab and all its affiliates.
“Product” means any product developed by Staketab team including, without limitation, explorers, APIs, indexers, etc.
“Service“ means any service provided by Staketab team including, without limitation, staking services, research and analysis, development, consulting, etc.
“Brand asset“ means the name and logo of any of our Products.
"Confidential Information" means all information disclosed by a party ("Disclosing Party") to the other party ("Receiving Party"), whether orally or in writing, that is designated as confidential or, given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure, should be understood to be confidential.
“User“ means any individual or legal entity that uses our Products or Services.
“Partner“ means any individual or legal entity that conducts joint activity with Staketab for the purpose of mutual benefit.
“Third Party“ means any individual or legal entity other than User.
“Cookie“ means an element of data that a website can send to the User’s browser, which may then store it on the User’s system.Other terms shall be used as defined in our other official documents or the official documents of Third Parties.

Types of Data Collected

3. The types of data we collect as we provide our Products and Services may include without limitation to the following:
(a) personal information that links back to an individual including without limitation name, gender, date of birth, social media accounts (Discord, Twitter, Telegram, Medium, Reddit, LinkedIn, Link3, Facebook, Medium), contacts (e-mail, Slack, WeChat);
(b) company information that links back to a company including without limitation company name, logo, website, social media and information platform accounts (Discord, Twitter, Telegram, Medium, Reddit, LinkedIn, Link3, Facebook, Medium), contacts (e-mail, Slack, WeChat), GitHub Repository, official documentation, brand assets;
(c) technical information including without limitation IP address for API services and login, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, information about your device, including without limitation the type of device, universally unique ID, advertising identifier, MAC address, operating system and version (e.g., iOS, Android or Windows), carrier and country location, hardware and processor information (e.g., storage, chip speed, camera resolution, NFC enabled), network type (WiFi, 3G, 4G, LTE), activity and usage information, including without limitation pages viewed, preferences, session lengths and similar data;
(d) validator information including without limitation staking provider name, logo, address, validator fee, terms of payment, website, social media and information platform accounts (Discord, Twitter, Telegram, Medium, Reddit, LinkedIn, Link3, Facebook, Medium), contacts (e-mail, Slack, WeChat), GitHub Repository, official documentation, brand assets;
(e) wallet information including without limitation wallet name, wallet ID, wallet logo, wallet transactions, wallet assets, website, social media and information platform accounts (Discord, Twitter, Telegram, Medium, Reddit, LinkedIn, Link3, Facebook, Medium), contacts (e-mail, Slack, WeChat), GitHub Repository, official documentation, brand assets;
(f) statistical data (e.g. data received from Cookies, Google Analytics, etc.) including without limitation highlight versions, NFT views, website hits, number of users, geolocation of users, etc;

Data Collection Methods

4.1. We collect Personal Data when you:
(a) engage with our products and services;
(b) submit data to us (account, validator, wallet, project, coin, SCAM reports);
(c) engage with our partners and submit data to them.
4.2. Some of the other ways we may collect Personal Data shall include without limitation:
(a) communications via telephone, mail, fax, email, social media or any other medium of communication;
(b) personal off-line contacts;
(c) information we gain about you from Third Parties and other channels (e.g. support helpdesk);
(d) information we gain by our own research and analysis efforts.

Data Collection Tools

5. From our website, we collect your Personal Data as follows:
(a) IP address
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website.
(b) Cookies
We use cookies in our pages to store your preferences and record session information, particularly highlight versions and NFT views. The information that we collect is then used to ensure a more personalized service level for Users. You can adjust settings on your browser so that you will be notified when you receive a Cookie. Please refer to your browser documentation to check if Cookies have been enabled on your computer or to request not to receive cookies. As Cookies allow you to take advantage of some of our Products' essential features, we recommend that you accept cookies. It is important that you prevent unauthorized access to your password and your computer. You should always log out after using a shared computer. Information collected from Cookies is used by us to evaluate the efficiency of our Products' websites, analyze trends, and manage Products. The information collected from Cookies allows us to determine such things as which parts of our site are most visited and difficulties our visitors may experience in accessing our site.
(c) Submit forms
We implement name service to make sure Users, their companies, projects and assets are noticeable and recognizeable in the system. For this purpose we use forms, through which you can submit data about your account, validator, digital asset (coin or token), or ecosystem project. You can also report SCAM for an account that, to the best of your knowledge and perception, behaves suspiciously, or a coin that has an indication that it it used for SCAM purposes, of which you have clear and tangible proof, which adds up to the security of our Products and Services.
(d) Third-Party Services
We also use Third Party service providers, to assist us in better understanding the use of our Products' websites (e.g. Google Analytics). The information and analysis provided by our service providers will be used to assist us in better understanding our Users' interests in and how we can better serve those interests. The information collected by our service providers may be linked to and combined with the information that we collect about you while you are using our Products or Services.
(e) Web Server site visits logging
We keep track of web server logs to track the rate of requests, prevent certain types of attacks against us (DDoS attacks), and maintain integrity of our Products and Services.

Data Collection Purposes

6. We hereby state that we use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
(a) to enable us to improve the quality and security of our Products and Services;
(b) to protect the safety and well being of yourself and/or other customers;
(c) to provide high-quality support and consulting services;
(d) to investigate and respond to your claims and inquiries;
(e) for business development purposes such as statistical and marketing analysis, systems testing, maintenance and development, customer surveys or to help us in any future dealings with you, for example by identifying your requirements and preference;
(f) to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements, and/ or
(g) to foster and accelerate the development of blockchains and blockchain ecosystems;
(h) to conduct research and analysis and share the findings and insights with users;
(i) to make contribution in Web3 development.
We hereby state that we will only use your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Sharing Personal Data

7.1. Your Personal Information may be shared with:
(a) our employees, contractors, consultants, affiliates, and other parties who require such information to assist us with establishing, maintaining, and managing our relationship with you;
(b) another party in the event of a change in ownership of, or a grant of a security interest in, all or a part of Company;
(c) our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with us.
7.2. To the extent permitted by law, we may also disclose Personal Data: (a) when required by law, court order, or other government or law enforcement authority or regulatory agency, or (b) whenever we believe that disclosing such information is necessary or advisable, for example, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Company or others.
7.3. As we develop our businesses, we might sell or buy businesses or assets and change Company structure. You acknowledge and agree that in the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, sale of assets, dissolution, or similar event, we may transfer your information to Company successor entity, either after such a transaction or as part of due diligence processes while such a transaction is being contemplated. You further acknowledge and agree that in the event that the equity ownership interests in Company are transferred to new shareholders, and in the event that Company issues new equity interests, Company may undergo a change of control whereby control of Company is transferred to new persons.

Third Party Websites

8.1. We may link the websites of our Products and/or Services to other companies’ or organizations’ websites (hereinafter referred to as “Third Parties“). The terms and conditions hereof may not apply to such Third Party websites since they are not in our control. If you access Third Party websites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect your personal information.
8.2. We shall not hold liable or indemnify for any damage or loss arising from breaches of privacy or any other privacy policy violations incurred as a result of your use of such Third Party websites. Please ensure that you are satisfied with the privacy statements of such Third Party websites before you submit them any personal information.

Waiver

9. This Privacy Policy does not create or confer upon any individual any rights, or impose upon Company any rights or obligations outside of, or in addition to, any rights or obligations imposed by federal, state, and/or provincial privacy laws, as applicable. Should there be, in a specific case, any inconsistency between this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws, this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted, in respect of that case, to give effect to, and comply with such privacy laws.

Effective Date

10. This Privacy Policy shall be in full force and effect starting with the date it is posted online and shall remain active until its suspencion or termination.

Amendments

11. We reserve the right to make any changes or modifications hereto in our sole discretion from time to time. Amended Privacy Policy shall become effective immediately on the date it is posted unless we state otherwise via our notice of such amended Privacy Policy. An amended Privacy Policy shall apply prospectively to the use of our Products and Services after such changes become effective. Your continued use of our Products and Services following the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to an amended Privacy Policy, you must discontinue using our Products and Services.
